ABANDONED FALSTAFF BREWERY- GALVESTON, TX
After years of owning a second home, I discovered an abandoned building which originally housed a Falstaff Brewery. After wandering through the site I found a world of intrigue. In its decayed state I uncovered a wonder of photographic beauty.
STREET PEOPLE- BOSTON, MA
In 1970, as Chief Photographer for Radio Shack in Boston, I was notified that the corporation was being transferred to Fort Worth, Texas. While living in the south end of Boston where at that time was considered a skid row area, I saw that it was being transformed and revitalized. Over the short span of 3 months, I walked the streets documenting the people.
AROUND THE TOWN- RANGER, TX
Ranger was a booming oil town in the early 1900’s. Originally with only 800 people it grew to over 45,000. It had 13 movie theatres, wide streets paved in bricks from nearby Thurber, Texas and a thriving downtown. Today, Ranger struggles to stay alive with the community dedicated to restoring it to its glory days gone by.
